Data deletion instructions
You can permanently delete your Tinystart account and personal data at any time, directly from the app — no request form or waiting period needed.
Delete your account
- Log in to Tinystart and open your dashboard.
- Click your name in the top-right corner, then choose Account.
- Select Delete account, then confirm.
This permanently removes your account and every baby fund you organise, including their wishes, gifts and messages. This cannot be undone.
If a fund has unpaid contributions
Deletion is blocked while a fund you organise has raised contributions that haven't yet completed payout, so that money isn't orphaned. Finish payout setup for that fund first, then delete your account.
If you signed in with Google or Facebook
Deleting your Tinystart account only removes your data from Tinystart — it doesn't affect your Google or Facebook account itself. To also remove Tinystart's access to your Google or Facebook account, review the connected apps section of that provider's own account settings.
If you contributed to someone else's fund
A message or name you added to someone else's fund is stored as part of that fund, which the organiser controls. Email us at support@tinystart.com.au and we'll remove it on request.
Prefer we do it for you?
Email support@tinystart.com.au from the address on your account and ask us to delete your data — we'll confirm your identity and action it within 30 days.
